The Green Council (GC) is a Hong Kong based NGO working to bring more environmental protections to Hong Kong as well as raise public awareness. To accomplish these goals the GC has established the Hong Kong Green Label Scheme for eco-friendly products, the Hong Kong Green Purchasing Charter to promote green purchasing, the Cyber Green Centre to provide product information, and the Hong Kong Green Awards.
