10 Vegan Impossible Dishes To Order In Hong Kong This Earth Day

4 Mins Read

Earth Day is celebrated every year on April 22 to demonstrate support for environmental movements all over the world. This year marks the 50th anniversary of Earth Day, and many restaurants in Hong Kong have decided to take part in the celebrations by offering planet-friendly dishes made from Impossible Foods. Scientists across the board agree that animal agriculture is a leading cause of climate change, mass biodiversity loss and resource wastage – and by choosing meals that ditch conventional meat and dairy for plant-based alternatives, you are directly reducing your environmental footprint. Below are 10 completely vegan dishes that you can order at a number of restaurants in Hong Kong, created exclusively for Earth Day and will be available for throughout April.
