Run by Urban Health, the Urban Health Home Kitchen is a pop-up private kitchen specializing in gluten-free fare. In addition to being gluten free, they will design a personalized menu to meet any dietary requirement you have, making this a perfect choice for that gluten free vegan or nut free friend you can never find a good venue for. Chef Andy Kun specializes in Cantonese gluten free dishes but Urban Health Home Kitchen also offers a wide arrange of cuisines including Western menus. Chef Kun is also happy to demonstrate how to make the dishes for those interested in learning more about gluten free cooking. Located on a beautiful beach in Ting Kau Village in Western Tsuen Wan (yes, there are beaches there!), Yin Yang Coastal celebrates all that is fresh and local- the menu changes daily depending on what is available. Located in Jordan, Mantranz Private Kitchen offers set menus based on homestyle Eastern Bloc culinary traditions that includes Polish, Bulgarian and Czech dishes amongst others but with a focus on healthy, organic ingredients- things like buckwheat make star appearances.
