1. Almond, Kale and Banana Smoothie
This recipe is as delicious as it is nutritious! One good tip: as your bananas turn the cusp of getting overly ripe, peel the skins and pop them in the freezer for future use. You won’t need as much ice if using frozen bananas. Double score!
