Ana Perez started her career as a Tour Guide in her native Spain, before moving to Email Marketing and Project Management, during which time she also taught herself to code. After a few years of various media positions in Finland, Austria and Hong Kong, honing her skills in Social Media Analytics, Visual Content Creation and Event Planning, she found her way to the sustainability job of her dreams: helping to grow Green Queen’s reach and impact through strategic brand collaborations. In her free time, she loves hiking, volunteering (find her on the operations team at TEDxTinHauWomen) and living that zero waste life. She is also an avid iPhone camera user, spending hours ‘gramming, filming & styling, especially on her many travels across Asia.
Alessandra Franco, Head Of Strategic Partnerships & Growth
Alessandra Franco discovered her love for building relationships and partnerships after leaving the entertainment industry to produce events in the nonprofit sector. While managing a wide range of events, including PETA’s35th Anniversary Party featuring a star-studded awards show and a concert by Sir Paul McCartney and his Band, Alessandra realized that building strong partnerships is the “secret ingredient” to making an event truly successful. She got to dig deeper into relationship and partnership management with her first job in the health care industry, where she built and launched a Corporate Partnership Program from the ground up. Born and raised in Brazil, Alessandra began her career in marketing, attended film school, and worked in international publicity. In her personal life, Alessandra is happiest when outdoors and is committed to a vegan lifestyle, sustainability, the environment, animal rights, and social responsibility. She’s also a sci-fi nerd, a foodie, and the proud mama of two Brazilian kitties Bobo and Minnie.
