Natural & Organic Asia Returns For 6th Year With Over 250 Brands, Green Queen Founder To Speak On Eco Wellness Trends

Tomorrow marks the start of the three-day Natural & Organic Asia (NOA) fair, to be held from 3rd – 5th September at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) in Wanchai. The trade show is the region’s most established sourcing and trading platform in the global natural and organic products industry. This year, which is the 6th edition of the trade show, will feature over 250 natural and organic brands from 20+ countries around the world. 

The much-anticipated NOA 2019 show this year is set to present more “New to Asia” wellness, beauty, personal care and food and beverage products. The market for cleaner, sustainable, natural and organic products has shot up in recent years, particularly in Asia. According to Ecovia Intelligence, sales in this sector have also increased by over 20%in European and North American markets. 

One of the highlights of the show will be the NOA Awards. The Award aims to celebrate and recognise the development of new, innovative and sustainable products in the natural and organic industry. Green Queen’s very own founder, Sonalie Figueiras, will be one of the panel judges for the award winners, which will be announced on 4th September at 5.30pm.

Sonalie is also a speaker at the NOA Academy. Her talk, titled “Green Queen Talks Global Eco Wellness Trends,” is the first of the entire three day programme and will cover the most important consumer brand and products trends for 2019. In addition to Green Queen, Sonalie is also founder of Ekowarehouse: Source Certified Organic Products Globally. This will be the sixth time she speaks at the show.
