A celebration of growth uniting physical, mental and spiritual disciplines originating from ancient India, yoga is a practice that welcomes anyone and everyone from the absolute beginner to the daily devotee. Whether you are new to the practice or have been at it for years, there is always room to gain a deeper understanding. Back again to promote the benefits of yoga among the masses, Evolution Asia Yoga Conference will host its annual transformational awakening from June 13th to 16th at Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai.

Asia Pacific’s leading yoga wellness convention, Evolution brings together an opportunity to check-in with yourself, disconnect from your hectic life, and immerse in your practice with like-minded individuals. Featuring over 165 workshops and more than 45 global master teachers from all over the world, the 12th reiteration returns more dynamic than ever before. The four-day event will host a diverse lineup combining yoga and wellness with workshops, lectures, full and half-day intensives, speciality programs and complimentary community events open to the general public. For avid yogis looking to become a teacher, the conference offers special paid programs, continuing education upgrades and training courses from Yoga Therapeutics, Biodynamic Energetics to Reiki 1 Certification and the like.

Returning faves and top tier yoga talent like David Swenson, Nikki Costello, Briohny Smyth, Noah Mazé, Jacquelyn Umof and more will lead engaging workshops to enhance understanding, emphasis and intention designed around a personal theme. Recognizing the volume and options of seminars can be overwhelming, organizers have also curated recommended schedules on a Special Track Program where participants can choose and customize their own schedule during the registration process. In addition, a new 2-Day Pass will allow visitors to choose any two days to attend and can register up to eight workshops or training sessions with this pass.

Integrating other disciplines to create a universe of wellness during the conference, visitors will have access to experience Barre, Energetic Healing, Qi Gong, Postural Alignment, Calisthenics, Acupressure, Tai Chi, Feng Shui, and Space Clearing to name a few. More than just a health and wellness practice, these four full days are mindfully designed to bring us all closer to ourselves. Healing through self-discovery and acceptance, yoga has the ability to strengthen the life force within and teaches us to overcome our internal and external obstacles. With life-altering personal achievements like these, it’s no wonder the 5,000 year-old practice has flourished and continues to gain momentum.

Built on the premise of openness in both mind and body, Evolution welcomes participants of all ages, backgrounds, experience levels and encourages all attendees to communication, make genuine connections and perform their practice as a community. General admission to the conference is open to the public free of charge, which includes access to the yoga exhibition areas, lounge, cafeteria, shows and community classes.
