Fitness Bee is for women who are looking at improving their health, physique or their life.

Founded in 2018, Fitness Bee was created by adidas fitness trainer and AASFP spokesperson Hayden Law, model agency director Bobo Li and partners. It is an elegant and super comfortable women’s fitness studio located on 15th floor of Aura On Pennington, Causeway Bay.

We convinced that “nothing changes if nothing changes”. As part of our commitment to excellence, Fitness Bee will transport you to a fun, innovative environment where you will find new friends and push yourself to heights you never imagined. We offer a wide variety of group fitness experiences such as Cardio Combat, Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Suspension Training, Tabata, Circuit Training and Stretching Class, cater to your needs, prompting you to move forward.

Fitness Bee位於全新銀座式高尚優質商廈 「亨環」，座落於充滿活力的銅鑼灣，是一間以女士團體訓練為主題的專屬塑身工作室。

在Fitness Bee，我們追求團隊及求變精神。我們深信 「nothing changes if nothing changes」（不作改變，就不會有改變） ，所以我們創建了一個舒適高雅的運動空間，並提供多種具有不同特色的團體訓練課程，包括Cardio Combat、瑜伽、 空中瑜伽、Pilates、HIIT、 懸吊訓練系統、Tabata、循環訓練及伸展等，迎合每位顧客的鍛鍊需求，促使她們不斷進步，突破自我。

One Yoga, "ONE" means "all for one and one for all", "unity" and "wholeness". We hope to bring the wonderful experience of yoga to everyone. Our aim is to help our students expand their awareness through the practice of yoga; live the moment, and become more capable of perceiving the richness of life.

Pure Yoga is a yoga studio offering Aerial Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga, Pre-natal Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yin-yang Yoga and Belly Dancing classes.

SharedSpace is a place for those who seek a friendly yoga community environment to explore new grounds - and for those who want to deepen their yoga movement practice adding on to what they already have. We teach a variety of classes, informed by different disciplines such as Dance, Yoga, Parkour and Strength Training. Many of the classes on our schedule work on specific skills, e.g. Acrobatics for Beginners teaches people how to go upside down safely and with confidence, and Strength Training helps with strength building. None of our classes stand alone to represent a complete, diverse physical practice, so we encourage students to learn draw from different teachers and classes at SharedSpace, to develop their personal practice in a unique way. Private sessions are available, as are classes in Cantonese.
