Bones & Blades is a butcher's shop in Sai Ying Pun focused on sourcing meats and poultry from artisan, small-scale and family-owned producers. They stock Australian pasture-fed beef products, Mangalica pork products, Hawk's Bay lamb (New Zealand) and yellow free-range outdoor raised chickens. They also make their own sausages, cure their own hams, and have an in-house French charcutier who produces homemade head cheese, rillettes and pates. Bespoke cuts and orders are available too.
