Boxing For Fitness provides personal Thai kick-boxing and fitness classes. They are available for 1-on-1 training, or a private group of 2-3 persons. They conduct their classes at a gym in Central (2/F, 1 Wo On Lane) and can also teach at clients' residential clubhouses. You can book via phone or Whatsapp.

I've been training with Derek for six month. I told Derek I wanted to lose weight and get stronger. Originally it was purely for the cardio workout, and I was a total boxing beginner, but I'm feeling so much more confident in the techniques and only want to get better. It's fun to train with Derek!

Great training! Derek is a very friendly trainer and seems to work well with people of all levels. He listens and understands my training goals. The gym environment is fun. I train 3 days a week and really get back in shape and learned a lot! Boxing is fun!
