Nicole Lee is a born-and-raised Hongkonger on a mission to build a sustainable and equitable future of food. A graduate of Cornell University, she has worked across the food industry in roles at foodpanda, Green Monday, and the Good Food Institute. Currently, she serves as the Food Technology Program Manager at Brinc, a global venture accelerator that supports early-stage startups building across the agrifood chain, from alternative protein and novel food ingredients to food waste and everything in between.
