Baking Maniac is a baking outfit run by a Hong Kong mother and son and along with regular options, they offer GF, vegan and dairy free cupcakes, cake pops, cakes and cheesecakes.
We are a mother and son team in Hong Kong, teaching each other new things every day. We love to experiment and are self-taught. To best describe us we coined the term “Baking Maniac” because we are obsessed! Everything is freshly baked in our kitchen using the finest, organic ingredients sourced from all over the world. It is thanks to everyone who has given us the opportunity to bake for their special event, for where we are today. Every order holds a very special place in our hearts! We love to give back to the local community, and through baking we are able to do much more. 10% gets donated to local charities.

Made to order cakes, cupcakes and other baked goods for events and children's parties (including specialty/themed cakes) using organic flour and hormone free eggs. Dairy free, gluten free, egg free and nut free orders can be arranged for upon request.
Mexican street food with a twist. Lots of gluten free and vegetarian options. Ingredients are responsibly sourced and vegetables are organic where possible. They offer a weekly vegetarian Green Monday menu.
