Mayse Artisan Bakery (previously Yanti's Organic Bakery) is a vegan bakery that bakes bread using an organic sourdough starter and organic ingredients. The breads are baked to order and are made using traditional Latvian recipes. You can order in advance and pick up in store. The bakery also offers semi-private bread baking workshops (max 4 people) including: sourdough bread making for beginners.
Israeli Chef Ayelet Idan offers vegetarian cookery lessons in Mediterranean foods, she also has a range of artisanal Israeli/Middle Eastern food products like tahini paste, spices and date syrup, as well as some homemade foods she produces herself like hummus and other dips that she retails at markets around town and on order.

The Green Hub is an eco-friendly recreational centre that provides educational courses, workshops and community events using the facilities of the Old Tai Po Police Station. They are run by Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden (KFBG) under the Hong Kong government. Their Eat Well Canteen and cooking classes also promote healthy and sustainable eating using locally-sourced ingredients.
