In Hong Kong, while most eateries are still operating, health officials have reiterated the importance of social distancing, and many of us may be working or learning from home during this period. If you happen to have a wok in your kitchen, make use of it for a speedy stir-fry that takes almost no time. Mix a quick marinade using sesame oil, garlic and soy sauce, throw in a plant-based protein like tofu or tempeh and any veggies that you happen to have on hand, then fry with rice noodles!
