Eco Conscious Ethos
The Bali-born company is guided by traditional philosophies revolving around harmony between spirit, human and nature, and living with positive energy. Fivelements wellness destinations are therefore not only centered on individuals alone, but also respects the community and society, as well as the environment in its sustainable approach. The sanctuary leads a variety of eco-friendly initiatives, including promoting zero-waste mindsets, minimising the use of resources and providing fresh, local, low-carbon plant-based cuisine.
Sacred Arts Studios
Within the Sacred Arts Studios, Fivelements offers a diverse array of individual and group sessions that are led by yoga, mindfulness, tea, sound and core conditioning specialists. The studio features an impressive multi-media space for soundscaping, movement classes and mindfulness practice. It is also fitted with anti-gravity hammocks available during programmes, heat panels for hot yoga, barres for dance and other creative workshops.
The Spirit Space
Dedicated to tea ceremonies and individual reflection, the Spirit Space offers visitors a place to take a break from city life. Customers can pause their worries and busy schedules by participating in daily “bowl tea” ceremonies, which are shared by Fivelements’s own in-house chajin, the Tea Ceremony Queen of Hong Kong herself Resham Daswani. Other workshops such as ikebana and mindful calligraphy are also available here.
At the core of the Wellness Sanctuary is a carefully curated collection of signature treatments and holistic therapies from Fivelements’s Bali retreat. The spa boasts an impressive menu of massages and bodywork therapies, beauty, energy and healing treatments, wellness consultations and private training. The Wellness Team at Fivelements also offer a bespoke Wellness Day, which is a full-day immersive experience catered to a group or an individual’s specific needs.
