New Hong Kong Sanctuary Destination Fivelements Habitat Offers Pathways To Wellness

Fivelements Habitat, the city’s new 15,000 sq.ft. integrated wellness destination in Causeway Bay, will give Hong Kongers an opportunity to refocus on their physical and mental health through different pathways, including yoga, sacred arts and plant-based dining. Habitat’s highlights include a 55-seat plant-based dining area, private spa treatments rooms and a private steam, a dedicated mediation & tea ceremony space, studio spaces for Moving Art, Heated Detox, Anti-Gravity Yoga and Barre, a wellness-inspired boutique and members’ Concierge service.

Eco Conscious Ethos

The Bali-born company is guided by traditional philosophies revolving around harmony between spirit, human and nature, and living with positive energy. Sacred Arts Studios

Within the Sacred Arts Studios, Fivelements offers a diverse array of individual and group sessions that are led by yoga, mindfulness, tea, sound and core conditioning specialists. The studio features an impressive multi-media space for soundscaping, movement classes and mindfulness practice. It is also fitted with anti-gravity hammocks available during programmes, heat panels for hot yoga, barres for dance and other creative workshops. 

The Spirit Space

Dedicated to tea ceremonies and individual reflection, the Spirit Space offers visitors a place to take a break from city life. Customers can pause their worries and busy schedules by participating in daily “bowl tea” ceremonies, which are shared by Fivelements’s own in-house chajin, the Tea Ceremony Queen of Hong Kong herself Resham Daswani. Other workshops such as ikebana and mindful calligraphy are also available here. 

Wellness Sanctuary

At the core of the Wellness Sanctuary is a carefully curated collection of signature treatments and holistic therapies from Fivelements’s Bali retreat. The spa boasts an impressive menu of massages and bodywork therapies, beauty, energy and healing treatments, wellness consultations and private training. The Wellness Team at Fivelements also offer a bespoke Wellness Day, which is a full-day immersive experience catered to a group or an individual’s specific needs.

Sakti Elixir Bar

Plant-based, gluten free, superfood supercharged menu at Fivelements Habitat

An exciting part of Hong Kong’s new one-stop health and wellness destination is its Sakti Elixir Bar, an innovative Epicurean culinary concept starring menus that are designed to nourish, rejuvenate and restore.
