Our organic farms are IFOAM certified and managed by the expert team in agriculture field from Japan, Taiwan and China. Our expert guidance includes seed development, seedling, large area growth management, pest control and organic fertilizer management. Since the seed quality and the management of seedling is highly affect the result of the growth of agricultural products, we will strictly screen for the quality seed suppliers together with the technical support from our expert team to ensure the quality of our fruits and vegetables are in the best quality.

Jams, chutneys and relishes lovingly prepared in my home kitchen, in my spare time. I look for what is in season, and put my creativity to good use with what I can find. Some of my creations are more mainstream, some have a special touch added to make them stand out from the ordinary - all are made with natural ingredients and guaranteed without flavour enhancers, colourants, additives or other artificial ingredients.
For an order of 10 jars or more, I will happily make a preserve to order, based on your specs and requirements, with a handwritten label. I make sure all jars are washed, disinfected and heat-dried, and all products are bottled boiling to ensure a proper seal.
