Our Complete Guide To Aerial Yoga In Hong Kong (Including Flyoga & AntiGravity® Yoga)

7 Mins Read

Aerial yoga, AntiGravity® yoga, aerial yoga, fly yoga or Flyoga®- this new fitness craze has many names. Each class is slightly different but in a nutshell aerial yoga combines yoga, pilates and aerial acrobatics, all done using a large piece of fabric (sometimes called a “hammock”) attached to the ceiling. Proponents tout a plethora of benefits including decompressing the spine (which makes you taller!) due to the inversions and the ability to hold more advanced inversions as well as increased flexibility and mind-body awareness. Of course you also get to feel a bit like an acrobat, if that has ever been a daydream of yours. Want to give it a try? Green Queen has pulled together the below go-to guide for aerial yoga studios in Hong Kong.
