Leaves & Liberty, the plant-based sister concept of Beef & Liberty, debuted a new limited edition 100% vegan Impossible Sichuan Burger (HK$139) made from Impossible meat, homemade Sichuan marinade, zucchini salad and vegan ginger mayo tucked in-between toasted vegan buns.

5. Impossible Burger with Vegan XO Sauce
Honbo’s Impossible Burger with Vegan XO Sauce (HK$108) is topped with pickles, onion, lettuce leaves and of course, their homemade vegan XO sauce.

Cali-Mex’s new all-vegan and vegetarian menu Verde is full of plant-based options made with Impossible meat.
