Unless you have been living under a proverbial rock, you have probably picked up on the whole juice cleanse trend (also known as juice detox). The juice in question is no ordinary Tropicana. No siree, this juice is a different species altogether. This juice is raw (=non pasteurized),  cold pressed,  which means it is made using a special type of hydraulic juice press that extracts the juice using high levels of pressure from fruits & veggies with minimal impact on their nutrient and enzyme profile- leaving you with as much of the goodness as possible. Juice cleanses are usually 3 days but most can be undertaken for 1 day or even up to 12 days if you are uber brave! You replace all your meals with 6 to 8 juices a day, including a non dairy nut mylk and a cleansing lemonade.

Us Hong-Kongers are going juice crazy these days. It seems like every week, a new juice brand launches! Not to mention the juice bars popping up all over the place. To help you make sense of it all,  Green Queen has designed the ULTIMATE juice cleanse infographic so you can choose the ideal brand for you! We are pretty proud of our work (HOURS of research and battling with Photoshop…) so we hope you will love it! And share it far and wide 😉
