The Search For The Perfect Ribeye – Our Guide To The Best Grass-Fed Butchers in Hong Kong

6 Mins Read

Summer is a great time for grilling, and for many of us,  that means burgers and steaks. Before you fire up your grill (or stove, or oven!), you will need to procure the perfect cut and the perfect meat, which of course means grass-fed! (If you are not sure why you should be eating grass-fed meat, make sure to read our in-depth post here.) As always,  Green Queen is here to provide our roundup of the city’s best grass-fed purveyors, all of which you can order from online from the comfort of your sofa. For each of them, we have listed out the price per unit for grass-fed ribeye steaks and for grass-fed minced meat so you can easily compare pricing- that being said, each company has something to recommend it and does certain things better than others so keep that in mind when reviewing them! Some have organic grass-fed, others have halal grass-fed, and still others have kosher grass-fed; some offer chilled meat, others frozen- they are all great in their own way!
