How did yoga enter your life?

I started my teacher training’s at Yoga Limbs in 2009 (Ed. Note: the school has now closed) and finished their excellent program in 2010 and have been teaching ever since.

Where and what type of yoga do you teach?

I teach SUP Yoga and baby SUP Yoga with Dee Cheung. I also teach Hatha and Yang to Yin at the Landmark Mandarin, the Institute of Human Performance (HKU) and the American Club and Yoga for Athletes at Joint Dynamics.

What yoga mat do you use every day?

I love Lululemon’s mats because of their grip.

What yoga accessory do you swear by?

My favorite two accessories are a yoga block and a strap.

What is your favorite yogawear brand?

Well, Lululemon has been the majority of my wardrobe since 2012…sometimes I feel like a lemon myself!

What is your daily mantra?

My daily mantra is “Better an oops than a what if.

What yoga studio do you enjoy practicing at?

I like the Yoga Room! Also, there are a lot of great classes now on Cody online.

Where do you go to eat?

I enjoy the atmosphere and food at HOME Eat To Live, it’s great to hang out and meet friends for a catch up.

What’s your favorite thing about Green Queen?

I love that Green Queen is sharing the green love, as well as lots of useful tips!
